Note: Austin did not pour enough gravy when I took the picture
Adapted from: GreenLiteBites
4 Boneless Pork Chops
1/2 Sweet Onion
10oz package of Mushrooms
3 cloves of Garlic minced
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup of Broth (Your Choice - I used Beef)
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Wholewheat Flour
Non-stick Cooking Spray
Salt & Pepper
Place the chops on a sheet of saran wrap. Top with another sheet & bang away 1/4 -1/2 thickness.
Heat large skillet over med-high heat & spray with non-stick spray. Season both sides of chops with salt and pepper. Once pan is hot add chops. 2-3 mins each side.
Remove chops from pan.
Lower heat to medium. Spray more non-stick cooking spray. Add onion, mushroom & garlic. Cook down (about 2 mins). Add apple cider vinegar.
While mushrooms are cooking, whisk the broth, Worcestershire & flour. Add to pan, bring to a boil. Add chops, cover & simmer for 10 - 15 mins.
